BRIEF HISTORY

                                     The WestGodavari District  Collector, with  the  co-operation  of the  District officers  conducted  a  Statewide Science Fair in December 2000 successfully.   This  overwhelming  success  fetched an instant thought  in  her  mind that  Eluru  should have a  permanent Science Park  as   a  result  the  seed  of Innovation of 'SadhanaScience Park' has been sowed.  The Deputy Director, Social Welfare Dept. has been mobilized to take concrete steps towards the Unique achievement of  Sadhana Science park.   The Chairman along with the  Director and other staff has accomplished the  Sadhana  Science  park through their Perseverant and Devoted  efforts.  As a result  Sadhana Science Park became a  Reality  on  26-04-2001  getting inaugurated  by  Smt. K. Pushpa Leela, Honorable  Minister  for  Social  Welfare.

 

Building of BSP

                     Sadhana Science Park has  Two  Stored  Building in the area of 1 and 1/2 acre site.   In the Ground floor  Office Room, Computer Lab,  Library,  Biologocal Museum ,  Jurassic Park along with various models of  Electronics  applications, GSLV Rocket Model connection to IRS, Satellite model,Aquatic Life, Ship Model, Cotton Barrage & Nagarjuna Sagar Dams Breifly expalin model to the Connection from Home Personal Computer to the World Wide Internet,   and also contain Solar System,   Wild Life models   and models of parts in Human body   and different Earth Systems like  Gorge, Mountains, Gulf, Peninsula etc. are presented. 

                     In   Second floor  Chairmans Room,  A/c. Movie theater,  models exhibiting Surface to Air Missile, MIG model, Mounth & teeth of  various animals,  Music Technology,  Optical applications of reflection refraction etc., PlantMeasurement Growth Machine, Hi-Tech City Model, Various DAM models, Solar System with Rotatable, Diesel Engine with rotatorymodel paints of Defence Technology and Evaluation of Computers,  parts in Hardware computer,  models exhibits of Chromosomes in Man,  Virus Bacteria,  Human Skin,  Skull, Nose, Tongue, Liver,  Flowers,  Rabit  Dissection &  skeleton,  and paintings of Ocean Park, Types of Rocks, live model about the connection signals between satellite to the Earth.

A/c. Movie Theater BSP

                         A picture is worth more than a thousand lines. SADHANA has gone a step further to implement Multimedia education for children.  SADHANA is equipped with a    200-seat A/C/ Auditorium with latest   LCD projector,  VCD player and 1000 watt Audio system.   Educational movies like  Open Heart Surgery, Stars and Galaxies, Nuclear Reactor, Newton's laws of motion  etc., are  presented.  Apart from these  movies  This Park has  120CD s and  80 videotapes of  latestScience  and  Technologies  in its arsenal.  



Transpotation SSP

                                 Sadhana Science Park equipped one Vehicle for Transport students from long distance places with Minumal Cost. Bus contains cushion Seated of capacity 56 + 2and Bus No: is AP16 U 4737.
