2.  The wealthy in the society shall set apart some of their wealth for the welfare of the outreach for their betterment 

3.  Where the Intervention of the Government is limited in such fields the role of the charity shall enter and work for the outreach.

       In modern times when the world has become wider, when multifarious fields are come in to existence, it is becoming very difficult to help the out reach at a far of place by a person at a particular place and the role of the Voluntary organizations /Non government organizations has been emerged. Perhaps this is the new concept of the modern times. Thus the Non Government organizations have come in to the filed to assist the outreach. The NGO will collect the charities from the donors in all places and spend the amounts collected for the benefit of the outreach wherever required.
