In the references cited above, broad guidelines on Comprehensive Land Development Project have been issued.  The objectives of the project can be realised only if proper processes are following diligently by the Project Management Agencies.

 

This circular covered detailed process guidelines on CLDP.  All the officers involved in the programme are requested to go through the guidelines (enclosed) carefully and follow them meticulously.
