Profile :

  The Scheme was launched on 01-05-2000 . The main objects of  the  scheme are :

• Construction of Continuous Contour Trenches (CCTs), Check Dams, Rock Fill                              Dams,Desilting of Tanks etc.. , Mainly for Conservation of Water.

• To Regulate the exploitation and user of ground and surface water for protection and conservation of water sources.

• To Provide irrigation facilities to bring more area under cultivation.

• To improve the storage capacity of all Irrigation sources.

• To bring follow lands into irrigation by improving water capacities in all Irrigation sources.

• To improve the Ground Water levels and re-charge capacity.
