Notes on E-MAIL Configurations

STEP 1 : Press on "Launch OutLook Express" icon from the taskbar.
		OR
	 Press Start --> Select "Launch Outlook Express".
		OR
	 Press Start --> Select "Outlood Express".

STEP 2 : Select "NO" button, if it asks to make as your default mail client.

STEP 3 : Select "Tools" menu item, Select the "Accounts..." option in that.

STEP 4 : Select "ALL" tab option, if it was not previously selected.
	 Note that among this there is other tabs like "Mail,News, Directory Service"

STEP 5 : Press the "Add" button, and select "Mail" option from the displayed items.

STEP 6 : Type like "E Seva-" and your mandal name at 'Display Name:'.
	 Ex : E Seva-Tadepalligudem

STEP 7 : Press "Next" button.

STEP 8 : Type the eseva email address and Press "Next" button.
		Ex : tpg_eseva@mail.westgodavari.org

STEP 9 : Make sure Incoming mail server is "POP3" server. It not make it.

STEP 10: Type "10.17.3.30" at 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:'

STEP 11: Type "10.17.3.30" at 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' and Press "Next" button.

STEP 12: "Account Name:" is automatically displayed. If not displayed, type there.
		Ex : tpg_eseva

STEP 13: Type the "Password", Make sure the 'Remember password' is checked.

STEP 14: Press "Next" button. Press "Finish" button. Press "Close" button.



CHANGE THE PASSWORD
========================

STEP 1 : Open "Launch OutLook Express".

STEP 2 : Select "NO" button, if it asks to make as your default mail client.

STEP 3 : Select "Tools" menu item, Select the "Accounts..." option in that.

STEP 4 : Select "ALL" tab option, if it was not previously selected.
	 Note that among this there is other tabs like "Mail,News, Directory Service"

STEP 5 : Select "10.17.3.30" and press "Properties" button.

STEP 6 : Press "Servers" tab. Give the new password. Press "OK" button. Press "Close" button.
