Scope of the Scheme :
Kovvada Kalva is a stream having its origin in Papi hills at an altitude of +600 Mts. In Chintapalli Reserved Forest in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. A medium Irrigation Scheme for formation of reservoir was proposed near Lakshminarayanadevipeta village Polavaram mandal of West Godavari District across Kovvadakalva.
The Project is started during 4/2001.
